Supringsly good side dish

Mad a suprisingly good side dish today. A mash made of carrots, pies and sweet corns.

1. Chop the carrots into small pieces to boil faster. (or use a frozen vegetable mix with sweet corn, carrots and pies)
2. Boil up carrot, pies and sweet corns.
3. Add 3 teaspoon with red kashmir curry paste.
4. Mash the vegetables into a firm mash
Ended up to be a spicy sweet mash. I used the leftover as a dip and had it with my nachos.
